Listing is free and there is no subscription. Uniresa charges a 10% commission only when a booking is confirmed: no booking, nothing to pay.

Your payout is released as soon as your guest arrives, and no later than their departure. You are paid by bank transfer, MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money, whichever suits you.

Yes. A single room or studio is listed exactly like a hotel. It is in fact the most sought-after format on Uniresa: “chambre meublée” is the query that brings us the most travellers.

Uniresa offers free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Beyond that, the terms you set for your property apply. You remain free to be more flexible or stricter than our default policy.

A valid ID document is all you need to get started. No business registration or title deed is required to list your first property.

Uniresa remains the traveller's point of contact before, during and after their stay: booking, payment, questions and any disputes. You focus on hosting.

You do. You set your rates and availability, and you can change them at any time from your owner dashboard.

No. You can keep renting through your own channels or on other platforms. You simply manage your availability to avoid double bookings.

Uniresa currently covers 10 cities in Cameroon, including Yaoundé, Douala, Kribi, Limbe, Bafoussam and Ngaoundéré. If your city is not among them yet, submit your property anyway: that is how we open new destinations.

Once your ID document is verified and your photos received, your listing is usually published within a few days. The timing mostly depends on how quickly you send us your information.

Every traveller's identity is recorded at booking. If a dispute arises, contact our team: we act as the intermediary with the guest and support you through the resolution.
