When you utilize our Platform to book accommodations, flights, car rentals, tours, activities, vacation properties, travel insurance, or any other travel-related services, Uniresa SARL provides and is responsible for the Platform technology, booking facilitation, payment processing, customer service, and related technological infrastructure, but we are not the provider of the actual travel experiences themselves.

As we expand our operations across Africa, we collaborate with carefully selected local companies and service providers that deliver specialized support services including customer service operations, account management, technical support, payment processing, and market-specific operational assistance. These local support partners operate under strict contractual arrangements and data protection agreements that ensure consistent service quality and security standards across all markets where we operate.

Platform Independence and Service Provider Relationships: Our Platform operates as an independent technology service that facilitates connections between travelers and service providers. We are not a recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of any service provider, their products, services, facilities, vehicles, staff, policies, or business practices.

Account Creation and Management: To access the full functionality of our Platform and complete bookings, you may need to create a user account that requires accurate personal information, contact details, payment information, and preference settings.

Language and Accessibility Options: Our Platform is designed to serve users across Africa diverse linguistic landscape. We provide our services in multiple languages and will display content in what we determine to be the most appropriate language based on your location, device settings, and previous interactions with our Platform.

Age Requirements and Legal Capacity: Unless otherwise indicated for specific services or jurisdictions, you must be at least eighteen years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction to use our Platform and services.

4. Using Our Service and Platform Rules

Prohibited Activities and Restrictions: You agree not to engage in any activities that may compromise the integrity, security, or proper functioning of our Platform. Specifically, you agree not to make any false, fraudulent, or speculative bookings for any purpose including but not limited to market research, competitive analysis, or any form of commercial exploitation.

Compliance and Cooperation Requirements: You agree to abide by our core values of integrity, respect, safety, and excellent customer service in all your interactions with our Platform, staff, service providers, and other users.

5. Intellectual Property Rights and Content Standards

Ownership and Licensing: Unless otherwise expressly stated, all rights in our Platform including but not limited to technology, software, algorithms, databases, content, text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, design elements, user interface, look and feel, and all other intellectual property are owned exclusively by Uniresa SARL or our licensors.

Content Use Restrictions and Commercial Limitations: You are strictly prohibited from monitoring, copying, scraping, crawling, downloading, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, or otherwise using any content, information, data, or materials from our Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of Uniresa SARL.

Program Overview and Benefits Structure: Uniresa operates a comprehensive rewards program called Unipoint Royalties designed to recognize and reward user loyalty, engagement, and positive interactions with our Platform and services. This innovative program combines merit-based rewards with random gift distributions to create an engaging and rewarding experience for our valued users across Africa.

Points Earning and Merit-Based Criteria: You earn Unipoint Royalties through multiple channels and activities, with point values determined by the complexity, value, and benefit of each action to our community. Completed bookings earn points based on booking value, destination, service type, and seasonal factors.

Random Gift Distribution and Special Rewards: In addition to merit-based point earning, our Unipoint Royalties program includes random gift distributions designed to surprise and delight users regardless of their activity level or spending patterns.

7. Booking Process and Payment

Booking Submission and Processing: When you submit a booking request through our Platform, you initiate a multi-step process that involves verification of availability, price confirmation, payment processing, and coordination with service providers.

Payment Methods and Processing: We accept a comprehensive range of payment methods designed to accommodate the diverse financial landscape across Africa and international markets. Accepted payment methods include major international credit and debit cards, local banking cards, mobile money services including MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, and other regional mobile payment platforms.

Booking Modifications and Cancellations: Once a booking is confirmed, any modifications or cancellations are subject to the specific terms and conditions established by the service provider and communicated during the booking process.

8. Service Provider Relationships

Independent Service Provider Structure: Service providers including hotels, airlines, car rental companies, tour operators, vacation property owners, and other travel service businesses are independent third-party entities that operate their own businesses under their own terms, conditions, and policies.

Direct Contractual Relationships: When you complete a booking through our Platform, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the relevant service provider for the delivery of travel services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Platform Availability: While we strive to maintain continuous availability and optimal performance of our Platform, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of all information displayed.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uniresa SARL total liability for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or relating to these Terms, our Platform, or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific booking or service giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure, delay, or inability to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather events, government actions or restrictions, public health emergencies, or other acts of God.

Important Notice: Under no circumstances shall Uniresa SARL be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill, travel delays or cancellations beyond our control.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Governing Law: These Terms and all matters arising from or relating to your use of our Platform and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution Process: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer service team to resolve any issues, concerns, or disputes through our comprehensive customer service and dispute resolution procedures.

Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings, disputes, or claims arising from or relating to these Terms, our Platform, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cameroon, with specific venue in the courts of Yaoundé, Cameroon.
